yup. As usual - spontaneous as can be.
3.25 {easy} miles at the Simpsonwood trails. Any and all Norcross Trail Runners invited.
Start running promptly at 7:00 p.m. - park near the bathrooms 100 yards from the entrance. I'll be in the big, blue Excursion ultra-mobile with GUTS sticker.
Really nice trails in Simpsonwood. Come join us. (or just me, as the case may be)
